Spring Fair 2019 will be on Saturday, June 1, with a Preview Night on Friday, May 31.
This year is the 10th anniversary of the Fair! 10 years of putting together an amazing community event that brings together our students, teachers, parents and community members to celebrate CLES. For the 10th anniversary there will be a special dolphin raffle! The fair will have rides, games, prizes, food, cake walk and an AMAZING Silent Auction. This year the Fair will be taking place on June 1st with a Preview Night of May 31st. (Rain date June 8th Preview night June 7th.)
Raffle Basket Collections:This is a monetary donation that will be collected and used to purchase items to create themed baskets to be raffled off in the Silent Auction Room. Questions about Raffle Baskets? Contact Remy Chappell at email@example.com

Silent Auction Parent Donations:This is a donation of items or services from a family or a parent owned business that can be auctioned off at the fair. Questions about Parent Donations? Fair Friday:Have your child wear Red beginning Friday May 10th for a chance to win prizes during lunch period and a chance to win the Grand Prize, a Spring Fair Wristband. Used Books Collection:The Girl Scouts will be collecting used books to be sold at the fair. Look for the boxes in front of the school in May. Questions about used books? Contact Natalie Belcher at Natalie_belcher@hcpss.org
Ticket Sales:Wristbands, tickets and raffle tickets will be available at early bird prices. Wristbands get you child access to games and rides at one price. Tickets can be used for rides and food. Raffle tickets are used to win some teacher experiences as will as the grade level themed raffle baskets! And this year, the raffle tickets can be used to enter to win one of the 10(!) stuffed dolphins we will have to raffle off! Questions about ticket sales? Volunteer Sign-up:We will need your help! The Spring Fair needs nearly 400 volunteers to make the Fair a success. Preview Night:Come see the Silent Auction on Friday, May 31, and start bidding! Pick up your tickets and wristbands. There will be a DJ and popsicles for the kids. The preview night is a FREE event for the whole family.
