Please note that online meeting links and specific locations for events will be communicated via the Dolphin Detail newsletter.
Subscribe to Our Calendars
Instructions on how to add our calendars to your personal calendar
Basic Instructions
For each calendar you want to subscribe to, right-click on the link below with mouse, or long-press with touchscreen. Copy the link address. Find “subscribe to calendar” in your personal calendar app and paste.
PTA events calendar (social events, fundraisers, movie nights, etc., arranged by the PTA)
PTA meetings calendar (approximately once/month)
CLES events calendar (events arranged by the school)
CLES related arts rotating color chart calendar (color code for the related arts schedule at CLES)
HCPSS school year calendar (county-wide dates, holidays, half days, etc.)
Community events (non-PTA events happening in the area that may interest the CLES community)
Detailed Instructions for specific calendar apps
If using iCal, Mac OS X Calendar, Outlook or some other calendar program, COPY (not just click) the .ics calendar links above and PASTE into your ‘subscribe to calendar’ window in your calendar program. See your specific program (iCal, Outlook, iPhone, android, etc.) for specific directions.
iPhone / iPad (iOS):
Tap and HOLD on an .ics calendar link above, select COPY from the pop-up menu.
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap on Add Account… under the Mail section.
Tap on Other.
Tap on Add Subscribed Calendar under the Other section.
Paste the URL you just copied in step 1. Tap Next.
Tap Save in the upper right hand corner. When you are finished, tap on the Done button in the upper right hand corner.
That’s it, the subscribed Calendar will now show up in the Calendar app.
Android Phone (It is easier to do this via your computer than your phone):
Visit this web page on your computer
Right-click an .ics calendar link above, select COPY Link from the pop-up menu.
Log onto http://calendar.google.com/ for the account that syncs with your phone.
On the left side, find “Other calendars” and click the down arrow
Select Add by URL.
PASTE the calendar’s address in the field provided.
Click Add calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under “Other calendars”, and will then sync to your phone
Apple / iCal:
Visit this web page on your computer
Right-click the .ics calendar link above, select COPY Link from the pop-up menu.
Open Calendar/iCal app on your computer
From the File menu, choose New Calendar Subscription…
Paste the web address from step #2 and click ‘Subscribe’
