Make your life easier by pre-ordering a Vocelli's large cheese or pepperoni pizza to pick up anytime between 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the event. Cost is $12/pizza. All orders must be received by NOON on Thursday, September 19. Pre-Orders ONLY.
Welcome back to CLES!
Dolphin Dash is a free family event with grade-level fun runs sponsored by the PTA. Free ice cream, popsicles, and glow sticks with DJ music until dark.
This year, we’re combining the Dolphin Dash with Movie Night. Stay after the race for a fun and free family movie on the blacktop. Bring chairs, cushions, blankets, etc., to stay comfortable!
Bring your child(ren) and stay for the entire event! Siblings and families are welcome.
5:30 p.m. Live DJ on Blacktop & Pizza Pickup Begins (for pre-ordered pizzas)
6:00 p.m. THE DASH BEGINS - Races by Grade Level on CLES grassy field (Pre-K/K goes first, followed by 1st grade, and so on, with Alumni/Open race as last race).
7:00 p.m. Live DJ continues, while people dance & socialize. FREE Glow Sticks & FREE Ice Cream
7:45 p.m. Outdoor Movie Begins
About the Fun Run
The Dolphin Dash or "fun run" takes place on the field behind the school. The race route is marked with spray paint. Children line up at the starting line, and the PE teacher calls the start of the race with a megaphone. The first group to race is PreK/kindergarten, followed by first grade, then second grade etc. The dash ends with a CLES alumni race.
