Math Night helps kids explore math at their own level through exciting games and activities!
HOW IT WORKS?
Math Night is designed to engage both students and their guardians. The students get the opportunity to learn and play fun math games at their own level. And families can then easily replicate with their students at home.
Each student attending the Math Night will receive a "passport" with numbered stars. Once they've finished each activity (with family), the volunteer facilitating the activity will mark off the corresponding star on the passport. Once all stars are marked on the passport, families will visit the Rewards table to trade their passport in enter a giveaway drawing.
The event will be hosted with our partner Mathnasium of Ellicott City.

All volunteers have to do is run one game at a table for the night! No need to fear if you're not the biggest math fan; the games are designed to be simple and fun, plus we have awesome tutorial videos on each page of instructions for every game.
Setup and learning the games starts at 5:30 PM and the event starts at 6:15 PM. At the end of the event, we can sign off on your volunteer hours before you guys leave!
