TRUNK-OR-TREAT DISPLAYS

We are ESPECIALLY EXCITED for the 20 families who have signed up to decorate their vehicle and/or do a table display, or game booth, or even just sit in a chair and hand out candy!  You should have received a separate email, with instructions for how to choose a setup location/parking spot, and other details. If you did not receive this, but are planning to do a display, please email Annette at comms@clespta.org.

Guidelines for displays:

  • An individual family, or a group of families coordinating together, can sign up to provide a trunk-or-treat display.

  • Displays can include your vehicle, or a table, tent canopy, booth or other type of outdoor display.

  • Décor can represent a fall holiday, tradition or culture.

  • Your display can include giving out a treat or prize (candy, snacks, stickers, pencils, small toys, etc.), or can be a simple game or activity (bean bag toss, carnival booth game, spooky sensory table, simple craft, etc.).

  • You will be assigned a specific parking space or lawn space to use for your display. Families are responsible for bringing all items needed for their display.

  • All displays must be ready by 4:30 p.m. (setup can begin as early as 3:00 p.m.).

NOTE: All of the candy/prizes donated by other families (who are NOT doing a display) will be available for you to use at your own display, if needed - you are NOT expected to provide enough candy/prizes yourself for 300 to 400 kids.

NEED IDEAS FOR A DISPLAY? See pics from last year: https://photos.app.goo.gl/ncHMZWfLedEi5gMC8

Thanks to the generous donations from the CLES community, we have allergen-friendly non-food treats available.

Look for the teal bins at some of the displays.
